Watch: how the £99 Xero help works
Both options are £99. Pick the one that suits how you like to work.
Property-specific Xero problems I see all the time. If it’s in this territory, I can almost certainly help:
This is help inside Xero: bookkeeping and how the software works. It is not tax advice, and it is not the preparation of your accounts or tax return. See the questions below.
You are not getting a call centre operator or a general bookkeeper. You are getting a qualified accountant who is a Xero specialist, a specialist property accountant, and a property investor, so the person helping you actually understands mortgages, refinances, letting agents and profit by property, not just the buttons in Xero.
A property specialist who uses tech really well to enable a first class service. I’d highly recommend working with David, whose fees are competitive and transparent. It’s always reassuring to work with someone who’s an investor themselves, so you know they know their stuff and are speaking from experience.Thomas · December 2025
He makes the whole process easy, clearly tells me what documents he needs, handles everything efficiently, and even provides a video summary with insights and tax-saving recommendations. Excellent service all round.Rob · November 2025
I find his approach and knowledge of property accounting excellent. David has helped to simplify things for me and my business. For anyone looking for a specialist property accountant, I recommend speaking with David.Tom · January 2026
It is built for property investors and landlords using Xero, both limited companies and individuals. That is the whole point: you get someone who understands mortgages, refinances, letting agent statements and profit by property. If your Xero is a general business rather than property, this particular service probably is not the right fit.
Anything about your Xero: how to record something, why a balance looks wrong, reconciliation problems, tracking by property, reading your reports. We share your screen and work through it together. Bring a short list. The more focused you are, the more we get through in the time.
That is fine, and common. If we do the call and you decide you would rather I just went in and sorted it, book Fix it for me. If I fix one thing for you and you then want coaching on how it all works, book a call. Each is a separate £99, so you only pay for what you actually use.
And if it becomes clear your Xero needs setting up properly rather than patching one issue, put the £99 toward the £395 setup instead, just email me and I will sort it.
The £99 covers one issue and up to 40 minutes of professional work. If it turns out to be larger or more complex than it first looked, I will not keep quietly running up time. I tell you what I have found and what it would take to finish, and you decide whether to go ahead. Nothing more is charged without your say so.
No, and any accountant who promises that without seeing your file is not being straight with you. The £99 buys one specific issue and up to 40 minutes of investigation and correction by a qualified accountant. Many issues are sorted well within that. Some turn out to be the tip of something bigger, in which case you get a clear explanation of what is wrong and what it would take to put right.
Where access is needed, you invite Accufy as a user to your Xero organisation from your own settings. That is the standard, secure way accountants work in Xero. You stay in control and can remove access at any time. I never ask for your Xero password or login.
Yes. This is a standalone, one off paid service. You do not need to switch accountants or sign up to anything ongoing to use it.
No. This is help with Xero, meaning bookkeeping and how the software works. It is not tax advice, and not the preparation or filing of your accounts or tax return. If a question during the session strays into tax, I will flag it and point you to the right next step rather than give advice on the hoof.
If your Xero is not set up properly for property yet, with no tracking by property, a generic chart of accounts, or opening balances missing, you probably want the full done for you setup rather than help with one issue. That is a separate £395 service. See the Xero Setup page →
If your Xero is not really set up for property yet, the done for you setup builds it correctly: tracking by property, a property chart of accounts, opening balances and bank feeds, all for £395.
See the £395 Xero Setup →If you would rather get to grips with Xero for property in your own time, there is free training you can work through.
